- Can I get a block of rooms for my guests? Yes, please email kcmosales@ambassadorhc.com to get availability information.
- Do you have dining rooms for rehearsal dinners? We have several event venues to choose from, either our Grand Ballroom or Lonnie's Reno Club; both offering a unique setting for your celebration. We also offer buyout options of our restaurant, the American Reserve, for your celebration. Please submit an event inquiry (below) to get more information and to check availability for your date.
- How many Marriott Bonvoy points will I receive? You will earn Marriott Bonvoy Event points for any room block and/or event you book. You can earn 2 points per $1 (USD) spent, with a maximum earning potential of 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy Event points.
- Where do wedding guests park? Guests can valet park with us, for a $15 fee. Complimentary street parking is available on the weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays. There is also a public parking garage across the street from the hotel's main entrance that is $13/day.
- Where can wedding events that are not the reception or ceremony be held? We have two event venues to choose from, Lonnie's Reno Club or the Grand Ballroom are perfect settings for any celebration. Please submit an inquiry below for more details.
- What size weddings can your hotel accommodate? We can accommodate intimate weddings, up to 50 guests (with a dance floor) or 96 guests (without a dance floor). Please submit an inquiry (below) for more details.
- What are some activities my wedding guests can enjoy close to the hotel? We are located just two blocks north of the vibrant Power & Light Entertainment district. You and your guests can find fun things to do on our Local Area page.
- Can I use an outside caterer? No, we do not allow outside catering in our event spaces.
